Time and time again, I've been to this McDonald's, giving them a chance and then another, but it comes down to this: Slow service Inaccurate orders Bad food quality Bad choice of employees It took over 10 minutes to get my food - this is fast food, not slow food service. I ordered and paid for a large meal and got all small - had to correct it all the time. My chicken mcnuggets were lukecold and burgers sloppily put together. A McDonalds in Munich was waaaay better put together, why can't we in America? Bad choice of kids for the employees - they should work in a factory, teach them people skills and actually do something. No more for this place, plus a complaint to Corporate. .

Prices are wrong on the menu listed. They raised prices on the registers, but the older lower prices on the signs. Come on restaurant get it to together. Buy this new technology called digital signage which automatically updates within seconds. Your competition already has it and your supposed to be a #1 in fast food. There was only one person ahead of me and they were waiting for their items. Why did I have to wait 15 minutes to order. You have two cooks and two cashiers one at drive and one inside. I'm starving and you were my last option. I am not asking you to work faster. I am just asking you to work. People want to raise minimum wage, with employees like these I want to lower it. I haven't had the food here for maybe 5 years. It is suppose to taste like air. I can't explain it. I the frozen yogurt cone tasted fine for $0.49. The Big Mac has no taste, so it's not me. The food has gotten worse. Bad experience when starving and not eaten all day. I won't skip breakfast again or ever have it here.

Sandwiches here are 50 cents to a dollar more expensive than other area Mcdonald's. I'll never be back!!!

Service is so slow here. Especially at the drive thru. I think there is only one person working after 10 pm.

Why review a McDonald's? Why not - especially since it's our local one. It reopened after a complete remodeling in May. The place looks more open now, with wider aisles and a sort of retro, yet home-like feel to the place. OK, it's still a McDonald's, but it's a good one. Located near Oakton & Northwest Highway, it attracts lots of locals as well as commuters passing through. On any given day after school, lots of local kids from nearby Franklin School can be seen here, in addition to preschoolers at lunchtime. The decor is orange, brown and dark green, all associated with the 1960s era, but it works and the place looks elegant. Instead of the usual pivoting chairs anchored to the floor, there's these cushy cylindrical tuffets that you can move around. More casual than institutional. There's even bar-style seating under hanging overhead lights, uncommon at McD's we've visited. The employees are familiar. Since our kids come here regularly, we've come to know some of the people who have worked at this place a while, some for years now. Drive-thru service is usually quick, but can be busy on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Overall, a shiny new McDonald's that is appealing to visit.

Been here a couple of times, and I try to get something small as I am not big into eating at the golden arches as much anymore. But the service was quick, area was clean, and they have a huge parking lot. They were busy in the morning I went there and I was in and out of there quickly.

We stopped here on Sunday night after being up in WI all day. It was 8 pm & we went to the drive-thru. There was no line. We ordered Big Macs & large fries to go. They had us pull up & wait. It was almost 15 minutes! Hubby was on his way in to see what the hold up was when they brought it out. On top of that, the food was COLD. If they were making us wait & they cooked it fresh & made it piping hot, that would be one thing. Instead, it tasted horrible & OLD. It made me think they spent that time digging the food out of the garbage. Never again will I eat there. I'll make it a point to avoid McDonald's altogether in the future. FYI, we had poor service & awful food at this location before but we didn't want to believe it could happen again & again...

While McDonald's as a whole cannot receive any better than three stars in my opinion, I am rating this McDonalds higher because of the friendly Management and speedy service during the mornings. As of late I have become a big fan of their $1 any-size coffee. While I prefer coffee at places like ROM and Intelligentsia, spending $3+ for coffee can get a bit excessive over time, so I balance it out with McDonald's coffee. I personally think the quality of their coffee has significantly improved over the past ten years as well as visual appeal of their coffee cups (recalling the generic white Styrofoam cups of the 90's). Don't be discouraged by a large drive thru line in the morning, as it moves really fast. Aside from the coffee, I cannot say much about their food because I really don't eat it. This specific McDonalds sits on a rather huge lot, so parking is plentiful. The only thing that is somewhat awkward is that there are two drive-thru lanes from opposite directions merging into one, so you need to keep track of who comes first. Currently this McDonald's is undergoing a major renovation (inside and outside), like many of the other McDonald's in the area. From the looks of it it's going to be a pretty significant difference, so I'm excited to see the results. I am hopeful the improved decor will actually compel me to dine-in from time to time, rather than just going to go.

They just remodeled so its very nice inside but its more of a teen hangout in my town. I always get good service though, but some times their fries are soggy. i guess you just have to ask for unsalted.
